Here are this week's ETF rankings. The top movers were IAT (Regional Banks) which was up 14 slots, ITB (U.S. Home Construction) up 13, and IXP (Global Telecomm) also up 13. The biggest losers were TAN (Solar ETF) which was down 22 slots, and HHH (Internet HOLDR) down 17 slots. Semiconductors and Nanotech continue to hold the top two slots.
